Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture: £100 (75-80 mins)
My facial acupuncture sessions combine traditional techniques with modern holistic care to support natural facial rejuvenation. Treatments include facial and some body acupuncture points, facial massage, gua sha, crystal rollers, moxa, and intradermal needles to help soften fine lines, improve circulation, release tension, and enhance the skin’s natural glow. Each session is deeply relaxing and tailored to support both facial vitality and overall wellbeing.
Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture only: £45 (50 mins)

Auricular acupuncture focuses on specific points on the ear that correspond with the whole body, supporting balance, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. I offer these sessions at a lower price as they are less invasive, use fewer needles, and follow a simpler treatment process compared to full body acupuncture, while still providing effective and supportive results.
What to Expect During a Consultation
Your initial consultation lasts about 90 minutes and includes an in-depth discussion of your main concern, as well as questions about your overall health. I’ll also use traditional diagnostic methods like pulse and tongue assessment, along with gentle palpation, to understand your energetic state. In Chinese Medicine, seemingly unrelated symptoms are often connected - this holistic approach helps identify the root cause and underlying patterns of imbalance.
After the first consultation and treatment, acupuncture appointments last around 60 mins, with a briefer discussion of how you’ve felt since the last session, followed by treatment.
