My treatments are rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, while also drawing on a wider holistic understanding of the body, mind and energy systems. Alongside acupuncture, I may also incorporate approaches such as Reiki, auricular acupuncture, facial cosmetic acupuncture, cupping, and lifestyle guidance depending on your needs and the treatment you book.

I also offer mobile treatments for those who prefer to receive acupuncture in the comfort of their own home.
This is ideal for busy professionals, new mothers, those recovering from illness, or small group wellness sessions with friends or family.
I bring everything needed to create a calm, professional treatment space in your home, allowing you to relax fully without the need to travel.
