ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is an ancient practice rooted in Chinese medicine.
Using fine needles on specific points, it helps restores balance, supports energy flow, and addresses the root cause of symptoms, guiding the body back to its optimal, healthiest state.
FACIAL
(Cosmetic acupuncture)
A natural approach to facial rejuvenation. Supports circulation, collagen production and glow, working from within. Using targeted acupuncture points, it helps reduce puffiness and soften fine lines while leaving you looking refreshed and radiant.
AURICULAR
(Ear acupuncture)
The ear reflects the whole body, with points linked to different organs and systems. Auricular acupuncture uses these points to support physical and emotional balance. It can help with stress, anxiety, sleep, pain and cravings, offering a gentle, natural way to restore balance.
REIKI
A deeply calming and restorative energy treatment that brings the body, mind and spirit back into balance. Using gentle hands-on techniques, it helps release blockages, ease stress, and support the body’s natural healing, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and more at ease.

Mobile Acupuncture Treatments
I also offer mobile treatments for those who prefer to receive acupuncture in the comfort of their own home. This is ideal for busy professionals, new mothers, those recovering from illness, or small group wellness sessions with friends or family.
I bring everything needed to create a calm, professional treatment space in your home, allowing you to relax fully without the need to travel.
Mobile treatments start from £135 depending on location. Please get in touch to arrange.
What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, everything is designed to feel gentle and supportive.
Soft lighting, natural textures, warm blankets and a peaceful atmosphere allow your body to settle before treatment even begins. Many patients tell me they feel calmer the moment they walk in.
Each session is one-to-one, unhurried, and completely tailored to what your body needs that day.
Before your appointment
Eating: Please avoid heavy meals before your treatment. A light meal is ideal to ensure your comfort.
Alcohol: Refrain from consuming alcohol before your session and avoid it for the rest of the day after your treatment.
Parking: There is free parking in my drive, with plenty of room.
Attire: Ideally, wearing loose clothing, particularly trousers that can be rolled up above the knee, is helpful.
