Why spring is the most powerful time to heal with acupuncture
As the seasons begin to shift and the first signs of spring appear, I always find myself reflecting on how closely our bodies mirror the rhythms of nature.
In Chinese medicine, spring is a time of movement, renewal and fresh direction, a moment when the body naturally wants to release stagnation and begin again.
It’s a beautiful season to support your health, reset the nervous system, and gently restore balance.

Spring Acupressure Tip
In Chinese medicine, spring relates to the Liver meridian, which governs flow and emotional balance.
Try gently pressing Liver 3 (Taichong), located on the top of the foot between the first and second toes, to help ease tension and support emotional flow.

The 6-Week Acupuncture Foundations Programme,
for new patients, I offer a programme to give the body the rhythm and consistency it needs to begin making real shifts

Mobile sessions, retreats and wellness spaces,
for those who prefer treatment in the comfort of their own home. I also work with retreats and wellness spaces.
Working With Me
I offer treatments designed to help the body return to balance, supporting the nervous system, digestion, hormones and emotional wellbeing.
If you’re new to me, this Instagram post explains more about how I practise and how I became an acupuncturist.

My clinic
I practice from my peaceful clinic in
Kingweston, Somerset, just outside
Castle Cary.
